Igloo Reservation Terms & Conditions


By placing a reservation and submitting a deposit for an igloo at Tappo Restaurant, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Reservation Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your igloo reservation. This deposit is applied toward your final bill at the time of service. Deposits are collected per igloo and charged to the guest making the reservation.

2. Cancellations & Modifications

Requests to cancel or modify a reservation must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled reservation time to be eligible for a refund. Requests made within 48 hours of the reservation time will result in forfeiture of the full deposit amount. No-shows will also result in forfeiture.

Cancellation and modification requests may be submitted via our online form at https://www.tappoitalian.com/cancel-or-change-igloo-reservation/, by phone, or by email. Requests sent via social media will not be accepted.

3. Refund Processing

Refunds, when applicable, are processed to the original payment method through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). Processing of refunds is subject to internal approval and may vary in timing. Tappo Restaurant reserves the right to withhold refunds if these terms are not met.

4. Policy Enforcement

Tappo Restaurant reserves the right to enforce these terms in its sole discretion. By completing a reservation, you acknowledge and accept all policies stated herein.
