How many people fit in an igloo? Do we need 8 people?

Each igloo accommodates up to 8 guests. You’re welcome to book with fewer guests, but package pricing and inclusions remain the same for our Base, Premium, Roasted Pork, and Prime Rib Packages.

If you have a smaller group of 2–5, check out our Small Group Package, available Sunday through Thursday nights.

Is the igloo experience kid-friendly?

Yes. Families and children are welcome. Please let us know in the comments field when making your menu selection if you need a high chair or have special dietary needs for younger guests.

NOTE: Kids are counted in our reservation bookings.

Are gluten-free, vegetarian, or allergy-friendly options available?

Yes. We can accommodate gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, and dairy-free dietary needs. Please be sure to include any restrictions or allergies when submitting your menu selections.

How do I make a reservation?

Start by completing the booking request form. Please note this is a request, not a confirmed reservation.

Once received, our team will review availability and send you a link to:

  • Pay your deposit
  • Submit your menu selections

Your reservation is only confirmed once your deposit and menu are submitted, and you receive a confirmation email. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.

When should we complete our deposit and menu selections?

Once your request is approved, both your deposit payment and menu selections must be submitted within 48 hours.

Booking last minute? We require at least 48 hours to process menu selections—please complete yours right away to avoid delays.

Why do our NAMES AND PACKAGE selection need to match our booking form?

To ensure your reservation is processed correctly, the name and package used to submit your deposit and menu selections must match the original rental request.

You’ll receive a copy of your booking form after submitting—please refer to that and double-check all details when completing your reservation.

If names do not match, your reservation will not be processed.

How do I pay the deposit?

We’ll email you a secure payment link once your date is approved.

  • Base, Premium, and Roasted Pork Packages: $200 deposit
  • Prime Rib Package: $300 deposit
  • Small Group Package: $40 per person
  • Special Holiday & Event Deposits may vary.

Deposits are applied to your final bill. All payments are securely processed via Stripe.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Reservations canceled within 48 hours will forfeit their deposit. No exceptions.

To cancel or request changes, please use our Cancel/Modify Reservation Form. Requests cannot be made over the phone.

Note: Our Online Reservations form is NOT an accepted channel.

What if we arrive late?

There is a 15-minute grace period. After that, you may lose your igloo and your deposit.

Please arrive on time to enjoy your full experience.

How long do we get the igloo for?

  • Base, Premium, Roasted Pork & Prime Rib Packages: 2 hours
  • Small Group Package: 1.5 hours

Your time begins at your scheduled reservation time, not your arrival time.

Can we change our wine selection?

Pre-selecting your wine helps us prepare your experience and provide great service.

If you’d like to request a different wine when you arrive, please speak to your server upon seating and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

What should we wear?

Dress warmly and comfortably. The igloos are heated but not as warm as indoor dining, and your server will open the door periodically. Many guests enjoy dressing up, but casual winter wear is totally fine.

Can we bring a birthday cake or decorations?

Outside food and drink (INCLUDING CAKES) are not allowed on the rooftop. However, we offer dessert platters, celebratory shots, and fun add-ons like Martini Towers to help you celebrate!

Small decorations like tabletop signs or balloons are fine. Please NO glitter, confetti, or large setups. We also ask NOT to tie anything to the actual Igloos.

What happens in bad weather?

The igloos are heated and operate in most winter weather. Blankets are allowed!

In the event of extreme conditions or local travel advisories, we may reach out to reschedule or cancel. Otherwise, our 48-hour cancellation policy applies.

What if our guest count changes?

If your party size changes, please notify us as soon as possible. Adjustments are not guaranteed and are based on availability and timing.

Where should we park?

We offer free parking in the Ferguson Electric lot, conveniently located across the street. Street parking is also available in the surrounding area.
