Rental Time: 2 hours (Small Group Package 1.5 hours)

Once your request has been processed, you will receive a link to select your menu items and pay a deposit. Reservations are NOT confirmed until deposit and menu selections are BOTH received, and you receive our confirmation email.
All meal packages are served family-style and will be shared by the entire group. Additional beverages (including reserve wine) and food items may be purchased at à la carte pricing.
If anyone in your party has dietary restrictions or food allergies, please inform us upon selecting your menu items. We can accommodate dietary restrictions such as gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, and dairy-free with advance notice.
Tax (8.75% NYS Sales Tax) and gratuity (20%) are NOT included in the price of the packages. An igloo cancellation received less than 48 hours before your reservation will result in the deposit not being returned.
NO SMOKING or VAPING of any kind is permitted in the igloos.

FAQs
Do we have to have a group of 8 people?
No, the max capacity of our igloos is 8 guests. You can have fewer but our package costs and inclusions remain the same for the Base, Premium, and Pork Rack, and Prime Rib Packages. We offer the Small Group Package as an alternative for parties of 2-7 Monday-Thursday nights.
Is the dining experience kid-friendly?
Absolutely.
Are gluten-free options available?
Yes. Please include any dietary restrictions or allergies when submitting your menu selections.
How do I make a reservation?
Complete the booking request form below. Valerie will be in contact with you via email to confirm availability. Your reservation is not complete until you have received an email confirmation from her directly.
How do I pick which menu options we want?
After you receive your booking confirmation, you’ll be provided with a link to select your menu.
How do I pay the deposit?
We will email you a link to pay online. All Standard Packages for up to 8 guests require a $200 deposit, Small Group Packages require a $25 per person deposit. This amount will be deducted from your check balance. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Your credit card information will not be stored.
What is your cancelation policy?
Cancelations made less than 48 hours in advance will forfeit their deposit.
What do I wear?
Most guests choose to dress up to make the most of the occasion. Jeans and sweater, your favorite top, dress with jacket, it’s up to you!
How warm are the igloos?
Igloos are heated but aren’t as warm as dining indoors. The door will be opening for your server so a draft should be expected.
