Igloo Rentals

Gather your group for dinner in a heated rooftop igloo at Tappo Italian Restaurant in downtown Buffalo. Choose a family-style dining package and enjoy a winter night together.

Now accepting booking requests for October 15, 2026–March 31, 2027. We will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.

Select holidays, such as New Year’s Eve and Valentine’s Day, may have special menus and a separate booking request process. We’ll share those details as they become available.

Igloo Experience Info

Guests Per Igloo

• Base, Premium, Roasted Pork, and Prime Rib Packages: Up to 8 guests
• Small Group Package: 2–5 guests, available Sunday through Thursday

Rental Time

• Base, Premium, Roasted Pork, and Prime Rib Packages: 2 hours
• Small Group Package: 1.5 hours

Menu & Dietary Needs

• All packages are served family style and include salad, dessert, wine, and a warm beverage for the group. Non-alcoholic beverage options are available upon request.
• Additional food and beverages may be purchased à la carte. Wine upgrades and other add-ons are also available.
• Please tell us about any food allergies or dietary restrictions when selecting your menu. Gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and vegan options are available upon request.

Booking Request & Confirmation

Submit an Igloo Booking Request at least 48 hours before your preferred date. This is a REQUEST, not a confirmed reservation.

Our team will follow up by email about availability and send you a link for your selected package. You will use that link to submit your menu selections and pay the deposit in one step.

Your reservation is confirmed only after both are received and our team sends a final confirmation email.

Deposits & Cancellation Policy

Deposits are applied toward your final bill:

• Base, Premium, and Roasted Pork Packages: $200
• Prime Rib Package: $300
• Small Group Package: $40 per person

To receive a full refund of your deposit, you MUST submit a cancellation request at least 5 days before your reservation. Cancellation requests submitted less than 5 days before your reservation will forfeit the deposit.

Date-change requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before your reservation and are subject to availability. Use our Change or Cancel an Igloo Reservation form for either request.

Additional Policies

• Sales tax (8.75%) and gratuity (20%) are NOT included in package prices.
• Smoking and vaping of any kind are NOT permitted in the igloos.

Choose Your Igloo Package

All packages are served family style and include a choice of salad with warm Italian bread, dessert, a warm beverage selection for the group, and wine. Here’s what sets each package apart:

The Base, Premium, Roasted Pork, and Prime Rib prices are for the entire group. The Small Group Package is priced per person.

Base Igloo Package — $450

Choose two pasta entrées for the group, with two bottles from our House Wine List.

Premium Igloo Package — $550

Add an appetizer to share and choose two entrées from an expanded pasta selection, with two bottles from our House Wine List.

Roasted Pork Igloo Package — $550

Share an appetizer, then enjoy roasted pork rack with potatoes and vegetables plus one pasta selection. Includes two bottles from our House Wine List.

Prime Rib Igloo Package — $650

Share an appetizer, then enjoy prime rib with potatoes and vegetables plus one pasta selection. Includes a chef’s dessert platter, an after-dinner sipper selection, and two bottles from our Reserve Wine List priced at $45 or less per bottle.

Small Group Igloo Package — $80 per person

For 2–5 guests, Sunday through Thursday. Share an appetizer, then choose ribeye with truffle fries and one pasta, or two pastas without ribeye. Includes one bottle from our House Wine List.
