Please note this page is for accepted booking requests only. Your reservation is not confirmed until your deposit has been received and your menu selections are submitted.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • Names MUST MATCH on all submissions. The First & Last Name submitted on your Booking Request must be the same you submit with your Deposit Payment and Menu Selection. If it does not, we have no way of knowing you have completed these items and your reservation is NOT GUARANTEED. 
  • Guest Count MUST MATCH on all submissions. The Number in Your Party submitted on your Booking Request must be the same you submit with your Deposit Payment and Menu Selection. If it does not, your expected menu is NOT GUARANTEED.
  • Tip: Find this info by searching “Valentine’s Day Igloo Booking Request” in your email. After submitting your booking request, you were emailed copy of your submission where you can find this information.

NEXT STEPS:

To confirm your booking and menu selection, a $50 per person deposit is required. At the end of the form, your total will be securely processed via Stripe.

  • Please have your credit card ready before you begin.
  • This is a multi-step form and progress is not saved if you exit or refresh.
  • The deposit will be applied to your final bill and shown on your receipt.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will forfeit the deposit.
